This lady has more than 200,000 subscribers and 34.9 million video views!

She’s no Rachael Ray or Martha Stewart. Just an adorable lady who cooks amazing (sometimes complicated) Japanese food with very exact measurements and high craftsmanship.

She’s sweet and smiles a lot. She speaks Japanese, so subtitles are provided whenever she introduces the food. I wonder if she lives just with her dog- cos she cooks little batches of (perfect) food in all her videos.

…and the dog, a poodle with ever-changing hairstyle, sits there the whole time. Actually his name is Francis. He narrates the cooking steps, in English, with a rather creepy voice but very cute Japanese accent (Janglish?)

sometimes Francis dozes off; it’s so cute it’s distracting hahaha. I hope he never catches fire— that would be even more distracting.
